2008 ACLA Chess Tournament Finals

Saturday, March 29th 9-4:30 at Northland Library. 

Please add your chess tournament information to the calendar below.  The calendar will be viewed by the judges around the county to arrange schedules.  You will be responsible for supplying any additional information about your tournament in the 'notes' section of the event entry.  I also need additional information about your tournament to be entered Here.  Please have your entry completed by 12/10/07.   The password is 'help.'  Regional Division of Libraries and 2007 participation (for collaborative tournaments.)  Check here for the Youth Chess website and our library calendar.  

Trophies

I'll be managing the trophy orders but each library will be responsible for paying for their own.  If you'd like to order through ACLA (and get a bulk discount) I'll be ordering this set of trophies for $19.99.  The order will be placed on January 9th so you will need to email me with your order by then.  Checks can be made out to ACLA and sent via delivery to my attention to the ACLA offices.  If you'd like to order your own trophies or purchase another prize for your chess winners, that's perfectly fine!

To add an event:

1. Login using the provided password. 
2. Click on 'detailed entry' on the calendar below (if you don't see the calendar, click 'cancel' at the bottom of the page to take you back to the normal view)
3. fill in your event details. 
4. Use the 'notes' section for information like:

 To delete or edit an event you've already entered:

1. click on the event you want to change
2. hover the mouse under 'My Stuff'
3. click on the trashcan or Edit.
